En-TAG™
En-TAG™ is a miniaturized data matrix printed on holographic labels. En-TAG™ manufacturing is aligned to the printing technology of holographic labels, therefore is a low-cost write-once-read-many (WORM) memory with anti-counterfeit/anti-tampering features.
En-TAG™ features enhance the security level of any holographic label:
- information cannot be either modified or erased
- the data can be serialized or batch written with digital encryption
- the data are written, read, and decoded with dedicated setups and proprietary software
- the marking process is unique, and can be fingerprinted by experts
En-TAG™ specifications:
- Areal density: ~20 kB/cm2 (~300 characters per mm2)
- Area: from 0.3x0.3 mm2 up to 1 cm2
- it contains text, images, audio files or any kind of digital data
- it can be read and decoded using the optical reader TR2 or smartphone reader TR3
